FAQ
Do I need prior training experience?
No. We work with complete beginners and experienced gym-goers alike. The first session tells us everything we need to know about where you are and where you’re going.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We handle everything else.
How often should I train?
Most clients train 2-3 times per week. We’ll give you an honest recommendation based on your goals and schedule in your first session.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, no memberships. Single sessions and packages are available. The free first session comes with no obligation.
