Hi, I am Alex Ríos
I’m a coach grounded in accountability, structure, and results. Trained and mentored under the Maik Wiedenbach brand, I developed my coaching style in one of New York City’s most demanding and effective training environments. At Vantage Fit, I bring that same standard, combining individualized programming, progressive overload, and strategic habit-building, to help my clients create lasting change.
My approach is straightforward: know the goal, build the plan, execute consistently. Whether I’m working with beginners or seasoned clients, I focus on data-driven methods, clear communication, and long-term development.
I’m currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in psychology, deepening my understanding of motivation, behavior change, and performance—all of which shape the way I coach.
